Our extensive wine list contains around 500 wines of all possible categories and origins. They range from hidden gems to small family-run Demeter wineries and top winemakers. Wine as a natural product is our absolute passion, and we pursue it both professionally and privately with tremendous dedication and respect.

Wine is like music on the tongue. It becomes a memorable experience when joie de vivre, openness and humour all play a part.

We regularly travel to the most prestigious wine regions and visit local winegrowers in order to be able to offer our guests a wide range of excellent, hand-picked wines. Whether it be to nearby Germany, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Austria or Spain, it is a matter close to our heart to establish personal and good contacts with the vineyards. We are eager to get to know the story behind the wines and we learn a great deal every time.

The personal contact and lively exchange with our winemakers has provided us with a wealth of tasting experience during our travels. Consequently, the selection on our wine list at the Hotel zur Post is constantly evolving thanks to a healthy measure of curiosity, courage and enthusiasm.
