The Hotel zur Post is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year under the ownership of Carina and Eric Pankert. Exactly 20 years ago, the head chef took over the business from his father, keeping the Hotel zur Post in the family ownership after the handover. On this special occasion, the Michelin-starred chef and his team are preparing a very special menu with the finest Wagyu meat, promising a culinary experience of the highest class.
