Eric Pankert, our master chef, has been officially recognised by a **Michelin star since 1976** without interruption. Your food is served in the intimate atmosphere of our restaurant, which has been beautifully furnished and decorated by Carina Pankert, who also takes care of the service, ensuring that your every wish is met.

We also serve guests on our patio when the weather permits. We have a cosy, heated “lounge” for smokers, too.

Eric Pankert is the master chef at the *Hotel Zur Post*. He draws inspiration from the sophistication of French haute cuisine as well as from traditional regional dishes. His appetite for **freedom**and his **cosmopolitan** spirit, developed in particular during his experience in [great restaurants all over the world](/about-us/), are the reasons for him offer guests a **cuisine full of character**, in all respects **true to the culinary values** inherited from his father, “Good food must **have taste**”.

A guarantor of the culinary arts in Belgium, master chef Pankert's restaurant offers cuisine that, as a harmonious combination of aesthetics and taste, attains perfection.
